Chronovox ("the service") turns a short video into event posts, posters, and calendar entries, for musicians, venues, businesses, and the managers who post for them. It's run by Bearded Devil Manufacturing LLC ("we"). This page explains what we keep, why, and how to delete it.
What we keep
- Your name as you gave it to us, and your email address if you shared one.
- Videos you upload, the words we hear in them, and the event details we find (dates, venues, times, prices, links).
- Pictures: still frames taken from your videos, posters we make, and any logo, photo, or poster you upload. Uploaded pictures are re-saved without their hidden details, such as a phone's location data.
- Your choices: which social media and calendars you use, your poster style, and the post text you edit.
- If you connect Facebook or Instagram: your Facebook account ID and name, the names and IDs of the Pages and Instagram accounts you choose, and the access keys Facebook gives us so we can post for you. Access keys are stored encrypted. They're used only to post what you approve and to show you which accounts are connected, and they're deleted when you disconnect Facebook on your manager page or when we delete your account.
- Server logs: our web server records the address each request comes from and the page requested, to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
Only to do what you ask: find your events, make posters and draft posts for you to check, show the events you share on your public page, and add events to the calendars you pick. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies.
Speech-to-text and the AI that finds your events run on our own computers, not an outside AI service. We never use AI to create or alter pictures: your posters use your own video frames, photos, and logo.
What's public
Only events you mark Share publicly, with their posters, plus your name (or logo) on your public page. Everything else, including your videos, what we heard, calendar-only events, and your private upload link, stays private.
Who else sees it
- When you use an "Add to" calendar link, your browser sends that event's details to Google or Microsoft.
- When posting to social media is switched on, we send the posts you approve to the accounts you connect, under those platforms' own privacy policies.
- If you're a musician, the posts made from your video go to the Page of the venue or manager running that show.
- Payments are handled by your reseller and their payment processor (for example, Square), under their own privacy policies. We don't receive your card details.
Where it's stored and for how long
On servers we run in Colorado, USA. We delete your original video files 30 days after you upload them, and uploads that were never finished after 2 days. Everything else, including what we heard, your events, photos taken from your videos and posters, stays until you delete it. If you ask us to delete your data, we do it within 30 days. If your account is closed, we delete your data within 60 days. Deleted data can remain in our backup copies for a limited time until those backups are replaced.

Children
This service isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
