Delete everything yourself

1. Open your private upload link (the one we sent you).
2. At the bottom of the page, open Delete everything.
3. Tick the box to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

This immediately deletes all your videos, what we heard in them, your events, posters, logo, photo, poster style, and calendar link, and your public page. Your upload link stops working.

Delete one video

Open that video's card from your upload page, open Delete this video at the bottom, confirm, and tap the button. The video, what we heard, its events, and their posters are deleted.

Lost your link, or connected through Facebook?

Email kenneth@beardedweb.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the name you use with us. We'll delete everything within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Good to know

• Posts already published to Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms stay there; delete them on those platforms.
• To stop Chronovox from posting to your Facebook Page or Instagram account, disconnect it on your manager page, or remove Chronovox in Facebook's settings under Business Integrations. Either one ends our access; to delete the rest of your data, follow the steps above.
• Deleted data can remain in our backup copies for a limited time until those backups are replaced.
